He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Kelley Sr. and Elizabeth Kelley (Virag); and his brother Richard Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Julie Kelley; his sisters, Suzanne Sines (Scott) and Theresa Wallace (Darrell); and his children, Lorrie Kelley-Orten, Amanda Kelley, Robert Kelley and Robbie Kelley. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Highland Lawn Cemetery (4420 Wabash Ave, Terre Haute, IN 47803).
