He was predeceased by: his parents, John V. Lewis and Margaret Lewis (Clough); his wife Martha Lewis (Roach); and his brother Robert Lewis. He is survived by: his daughter Kristi Mills (Jason); his grandchildren, Breeann Carlisle-Lawson (Clint) and Jason Mills Jr.; and his half-sister Paula Horner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
