He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin J. Riggs and Rosella Jones Riggs. He is survived by: his wife Janie Riggs; his daughters, Shelly James and Gina Hauersperger (Tony); his grandchildren, Aubree Reed (Brayton), Nathan James, Koltan Hauersperger (Kayla) and Rainnah Hauersperger; and his siblings, Frank Riggs (Melva) and Diana Treon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
