Tara Marie Perillo Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Tara Marie Perillo of Terre Haute, Indiana, born in Mattoon, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Lawrence "Larry" E. Schultz and Terri S. Hock (Schultz); her cousin Brian Hock; her husband Jon Perillo; her sons, Bailey and Wyatt; her siblings, Braden "Brudder" Schultz, Kelly, Blanchard (Andrew Gray), Shelley Wykle (Chris), Matthew Schultz and Emily Schultz; her parents-in-law, Ted and Diane Perillo; her nieces and nephews, Jade, Bodhi, Eli and Natalie; her close friend Jeanette "Tater" Facer; and her pets, Dexter and Fozzie. She was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to the Ocular Melanoma Foundation in remembrance of Tara.
