With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Vincent Salkoski in Terre Haute, Indiana, who passed away on March 21, 2024 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Ted Salkoski and Dolores "Sue" Salkoski (Carey); and his brother Teddy. He is survived by : his wife Karen Holz (Hankosky); his siblings, Todd Salkoski (Dana) and Judy Olson (Joe); his daughter Alison Guy (Adam); and his grandchildren, Atlas, Aslan and Delaney. He is also survived by niece and nephews, their children, cousins, an aunt and uncle.

Memorial gifts may be made to local animal shelters or Indiana State Parks.
