He is survived by: his brother Michael Cowen (Jo); his children, Susan Cowen, Barbara Griffin (Mike) and Patrick Cowen (Robin); his grandchildren, Garrett, Dylan, Brier, Levi, Gretchen and Quinn; and his nephews, Michael John and Matt. He is also survived by family and several close friends.
