Spurlock; her stepdaughter Caitlin Willburn (Dustin) of Lebanon; her grandchildren, Henslee Willburn, Bronnson Willburn, Lilah Willburn and Shaun Sims, III; her sister Amber Stanley (Derrick) of Anderson; her nieces, Brookelynn Bordwine of Anderson and Kaylynn Cole (Braydon Babb) of Frankfort; and her great-nephews, Bentley Babb and Weston Babb.

Memorials may be directed in Heather's memory to the charity of the donor's choice.
