He is survived by: his sons, Jimmy Bolen (Cassidy) of Lebanon and Mathew Bolen (Kaylee) of Thorntown; his grandchildren, Cody Bolen, Matalyn Biddle, Enlee Bolen and Tristan Bolen; and his sisters, Nadine Moore of Lebanon, Peggy Poe (Gene) of Thorntown, Pam Dickerson (Gary) of Thorntown and Nanette Perrault (Jay) of Thorntown.
