She is survived by: her fiancé David Decker of Anderson; her sons, Edward "Ted" Stephenson of Thorntown, Thomas Stephenson, Jr. of Lebanon, Adam Stephenson of Texas and Ken Hancock Stephenson of Florida; her grandsons, Breyton Stephenson of Lebanon and Corey Stephenson of Texas; and her siblings, Chuck Lyon of Michigan and Betsy Lyon (McManns).
