He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Rush and Meada Rush; his wife Rebecca Futch; his son Allen Rush; and his grandson Joey Rush.
He is survived by: his daughter Suzanne Rush; his grandchildren, Kyle, Nichole and Tracey; and his great grandchild Alleyah.
