Amy left this world on July 24, 2025 at the age of 56, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elijah Whitman Stephens and Dorothy "Dot" Stephens (Johnson); her brother Elijah Whitman Stephens, Jr.; her sister-in-law Sharla Ann Stephens; and her granddaughter Everly Rose Hughes.

She is survived by: her children, Gabrielle Parish (Mason) of Tipton, Chase Stephens of Dayton, Danielle Brandenburg (Doug Cooper) of Wanamaker and Jennifer Hughes (Troy) of Greenwood; her brothers, Scott Jay Stephens of Bloomfield and Randy Lee Stephens of Monrovia; her grandchildren, Logan Nicole Parish, Levi Elijah Parish, Nolan Allen Hughes, Nora Rhiannon Hughes, Ellie Grace Hughes, Corbin Dean Hughes, Delaney Rae Marie Cooper and Demi Kate Cooper; and her sister-in-law Johnna Stephens.
