He was predeceased by: his parents, Davel E. Harner and Cathy Harner Hawkins (Franklin). He is survived by: his wife Anita L. Howery; and his siblings, Debbie (Harner), Tom Rayles, Ed, Michelle Harner, Regina Roberts, Rhonda (Wisehart), Gary McKay, Tony, Angie Wisehart, Allen Harner, Janet Galbraith and Tim Wooten. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
