It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Daniel J. Mattingly of Tipton, Indiana, who passed away at the age of 102, on July 29, 2023. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph P. Mattingly and Isabel U. Mattingly (Brady); and his siblings, John and Rosemary. He is survived by : his sister Miriam; his wife Mary Agnes "Tommie" Mason; and his children, Johnny, Joe, Matthew (Beth), Mark (Rhonda) and Molly. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, nine step-great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.

This gift for making himself at home on this earth and doing what he could to assure others felt comfortable was no small contribution to humanity.
