He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Powell and Betty Jo Powell (Crail); and his siblings, Dorothy McAdams, Danny Powell and Jeff Powell.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Dillon (Joshua), Paul Powell, Andrew Powell (Mary) and Macayla Kimbrough (Jared); his grandchildren, Megan Ewers, Evan Powell, Ellie Powell, Emma Powell, Beckett Powell, Baylor Powell, Elijah Westfall, Ezra Kimbrough and Theodore Kimbrough; his great grandchild Myles Maddox; and his siblings, Steve Powell (Karen), Bill Powell (Carol), Kevin Powell and Beth Rippy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Dave's honor can be made to the funeral home to offset funeral expenses.
