He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Wayne Amsbury and Linda Lou Amsbury-Burkhardt (Shupperd). He is survived by: his wife Cindy Lou Bugher; his son Adam Amsbury (Sara); his grandchildren, Aimin Amsbury and Amara Amsbury; and his stepfather Fritz Burkhardt. He is also survived by two sisters and their spouses, one step-sister and one brother-in-law; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
