With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Geraldine Forkner of Tipton, Indiana, who passed away on March 26, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Jimmy Rogers, Ellen Waltz and Doug Rogers. She is survived by: her husband David M. Forkner; her children, Derek Shmitts, Mary Yost, Sherry Tucker, Tina Lawson, Jerri Arias-Garcia and Robert Pitcock; and her siblings, Linda Isgrigg and Dale Rogers.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in honor of Geraldine may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 681405, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46268.
