She is survived by: her children, David Smith (Rita), Denny Smith (Jody) of Tipton and Debbie Kappus of Tipton; her grandchildren, Angie Blake, Jason Smith, Zach Smith, Erika Henderson, Abbie Smith, Sheila Westerhof, Samantha Kappus King, Stephanie Boyd, Shelby Kappus and Steve Kappus II; her great grandchildren, Brody Blake, Stetson Blake, Harley Blake, Levi Kappus, Matilda Stout, Jack Stout, Gracie Heaton, Lillie Heaton, Wilson Heaton, Silas Henderson, Ava Westerhof, Ella Westerhof and Colton Smith; and her great great grandchildren, Coraleigh Blake, McKaul Blake and Dawson Radford Blake.
