He is survived by : his wife Susan Plake (McNew); his children, Tracey Fisher (Todd), Jodi Holmes (Drew), Matt Plake (Lydia), Mike Plake (Annette) and Joe Plake (Heather); his grandchildren, Gavin Fisher (Brynn), Grace Sherwood (John), Grant Fisher, Gwyn Fisher, Bailey Gue (Josh), Riley Hawkins (Katie), Kylee Mae Holmes, Matt Carter, Brandon Wimsat, Gage Plake, Nick Plake and Kenzie Plake; his great grandchildren, Maizy Fisher, Monroe Sherwood, Paul Gue and Mickey Jo Gue; his siblings, Gene Plake (Pat), Sonny Plake, Ann Miller, Rose Brown, Shirley Plake, Sharon Addison and Phil Plake; and his pet Mugsy. He is also survived by dog, Cookie; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
