David Louks (Sachiko) of Maryland; his siblings, Steve Powell (Karen), William Powell (Carol), David Powell, Kevin Powell and Beth Rippy; his grandchildren, Kayla Ridener (Klint), Brendan Louks (Mikayla), Aiden Louks, Natalie Head, Miki Louks, Emi Louks, Kumi Louks and Cyrus Louks; his great grandchild Hattie Louks; his nephews, Jordan Rippy and Kody Rippy (Ashley); and his siblings, Daniel Powell and Dorothy McAdams.
