He is survived by : his wife Connie Faye Clingaman; his sons, Wade Guffey (Sahmantha) of Kempton and Justin Horsley (Joni) of Kokomo; his brother Terry Guffey (Linda) of Tipton; and his grandchildren, Justin Horsley, Jr., Mackenzie Wallace and Colton Wallace.
