He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern R. Stevens and Crystal Hendricks Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Annie Stevens; his daughters, Lisa Furner of Zepherhills, FL, Kellie Claxton (Bob) of Kokomo, IN and Julie Stevens of Tipton, IN.; his grandchildren, Max Furner (Kari) of Stanford, KY, Arik Furner of Crab Orchard, KY, Quin Furner (Jill) of Lutz, FL, Kyle Dick (Amy Wood) of Tipton, IN, Kacey Dick (Payton) of Ward, AK and Lindsey Maxey (Tanner) of Tipton, IN; his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Everlee Furner, Keller, Theo Dick, Vali, Enli, Isla Maxey, Gabi, Sebastian Furner, Kyrie and Jala; his sister Nancy Napier; his stepfather Rev. Lee Springer; and his sister Karen Klein Peters. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
