She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Welcher and Florence Welcher (Garver); her husband Robert Henry Whitehead; her daughter Linda Duncan; her siblings, Kenny Welcher and Sue Harlow; and her grandchildren, Tammy Duncan and Joey Whitehead.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Miller (Jim), Robert Whitehead Jr. (Vicki), Roger Whitehead (Lisa) and Barb Flick (Lee); her son-in-law Steve Duncan; her siblings, Pat Fiscus, Christina Bogue, Karen Buck and Nina Smith; and her siblings' children, Sandy, Jim Hunter, Ronnie and Sherry Miller. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; a few great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rock Prairie Church (421 Ash St, Tipton, IN 46072). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
