She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Cook and Verna Cook (Lytle); and her brothers, Verne Cook and Carl Cook. She is survived by: her son Anthony Cook of Windfall, IN; and her siblings, Nora Cook of Tipton, IN, Patricia Heinemann (Florida), Ann Duncan (Timothy) of Peru and Paul Cook of Peru, IN.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home (105 W 3rd St, Peru, IN 46970). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
