It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Victor Henry Plumer Jr. of Tipton, Indiana, born in Elwood, Indiana, who passed away on September 3, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Victor Plumer, Sr. and Helen Plumer (Gall) of Tipton, Indiana.; his daughters, Amy (Plumer) and Shana (Plumer); his pet Mindy; his wife Jennie Plumer (Reichel); his sons, Richard Clough and Jim Hoffman; his siblings, Jane Olsen (Plumer), Margaret Romo (Plumer) and Gary Plumer; and his grandchildren, Ian Clough, Zach Clough, Elizabeth Hoffman, Rachel Hoffman and Jacob Hoffman.

The pandemic gave Vic and Jennie an unexpected gift of two uninterrupted years of quality time together, and they truly liked each other's company.
