We are sad to announce that on September 1, 2023, at the age of 53, William C. Riley of Tipton, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Jerry Riley; and his brother Jerald Riley. He is survived by : his sister Dawn Riley Davidson (Dennis); his children, Bill, Kayla Long (Lance) of Sharpsville, Klayton Smith (Jill) of Alexandria and Gabriel Smith of Tipton; his nieces and nephews, Broc Tragesser, Abbi Tragesser, Morgan Hamilton and Charlie Davidson; his great-nephew Gavin Tragesser; his great-nieces, Zoe Garrison, Lorelei Hamilton and Eleanor Hamilton; and his grandchildren, Morgan Long and Koleson Smith.
