He is survived by: his wife Edna Irene Schrock; his sons, Daniel A. Bontrager (Mary) of Topeka and Ernest A. Bontrager (Viola) of Topeka; his daughter-in-law Janet Kruppa of Chino Valley, AZ; his brother Sam Bontrager of Middlebury; and his siblings-in-law, Esther Bontrager of LaGrange and Wilbur Bontrager of Shipshewana. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren.
