He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Payton and Beatrice M. Payton (Blackwell); and his wife Denise Payton (Fisher). He is survived by: his siblings, Kim Payton (Heather) of Trafalgar and Karla Zylla of Franklin; his siblings-in-law, Maleta, Dewayne Schmidt of Morgantown, Diane Fisher of DeWitt, Arkansas., Vance of DeWitt, Arkansas. and Teresa Fisher of DeWitt, Arkansas.; his child Kip; and his nieces and nephews, Tiffany Weir (Aaron), Jared Payton (Bridgett), Denver Payton, Samuel Payton, Travis Fisher, Emily Fisher, Kendra Rainey (Brad), Bethany Ellenberg (Craig), Autumn Cunningham (Connor), Nicole Barnes (DJ), Haley Fortune (Steven), Makalynn Schmidt, Statler Schmidt and Melissa Luebke (Kyle).
