With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Max Schrougham of Trafalgar, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 16, 2026 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Schrougham and Sheila Schrougham (Walstead); and his siblings, George Burns, Clovis, Raymond, Warren, Merrill, Pete Schrougham, Eva Ford and Faye Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Marcum (Don) of Seymour and Bruce Schrougham (Donna) of Trafalgar; and his grandchildren, Jessica Spall (Jason) of Lafayette, James Marcum (Sarah) of Seymour, Shane Schrougham (Harlee) of Franklin, Kyler Schrougham of Chicago and Jaden Schrougham (Alexis Baty) of Trafalgar. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
