She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay Smith and Marie McPherson; and her former husband Leo G. Wantuch Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Patrick Jay Wantuch and Leo G. Wantuch of Indiana; her grandchildren, Patrick Caleb Wantuch (Jordan) of Japan and Dr. Paton Wantuch of Japan; and her great grandchildren, Gemma Wantuch and Lucas Wantuch of Japan. She is also survived by grandmother, and great-grandmother whose love for her family.
