Karon Kay Hoover Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karon Kay Hoover of Twelve Mile, Indiana, who passed away on October 14, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vern Montro and Dora Ellen Dillman (Wilson); her husband Raymon Edmond Hoover; her siblings, Betty Rogers, Marilyn Craft, Joan Landis, Joyce Marburger, Letta Goodman, Judy Ladson and Vern Dillman; and her siblings-in-law, Ross Hoover, Sam Hoover, Don Ratliff, Roberta Hoover and Barbara Hoover.
She is survived by: her sons, Doug Hoover (Melanie) and Darryl Hoover (Valerie); her grandchildren, Kegan Hoover (Tori), Monica Davis (Carl), Kendall Meyer (Chris), Trevor Hoover (Megan), Haley Hoover and Hanna Shafer (Brent); her stepgrandchildren, Adam Berry (Ashly) and Hali Ingram (Allen); her great grandchildren, Benjamin Hoover, Rosalie Hoover, Jameson Hoover, Addison Davis, Cameron Meyer, Gavin Meyer, Sunny Hoover and Carter Shafer; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Gigi Berry, Rowan Berry, Lynnly Berry and Kayson Ingram; her sisters, Carol Wray and Janet Gunter; and her sister-in-law Rosalee Ratliff. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McClain Funeral Home (3500 IN-16, Denver, IN 46926). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Twelve Mile Fire Department or the Twelve Mile Community Building.
