He was predeceased by: his birth father Roy Kirkpatrick; his mother Mary Margaret Oles; his stepfather William Oles; his wife Marlene Kirkpatrick; his children, Tony Kirkpatrick and Chilita Kirkpatrick; and his siblings, Don Kirkpatrick, William Oles and Mary Rigsby.
He is survived by: his daughter Sharon Baker; his son-in-law Stan Baker; his son William Kirkpatrick; and his stepson Robby Biggs. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Leon's Residence (708 Beagle Club Rd, Underwood, IN 47177).
