She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Holzapfel and Louise Holzapfel (Vitoux); her husband Harry R. Blastick; her sons-in-law, James Shei and Donald Rinker; and her siblings, Simon Holzapfel, Mary Hannon, Ann Gannon, Catherine McGinley, Frank Holzapfel and Robert Holzapfel.

She is survived by: her daughters, Suzanne Rinker of Union Mills, Sherry Shei of Hanna, Theresa Wozniak (Thomas) of Michigan City and Lisa Rosebaum (John) of Union Mills; her grandchildren, Jason Shei, Brett Rinker (Kynda), Kelly Adair (Brandon), Kara Schoch (Sean), Jennifer Filo (Randy), Andrea Welsh (Rick), Tara Worthley (Mark), Traci Paff (Dan), Heath Rosebaum (Natasha) and Benjamin Rosebaum (Tanner); her great grandchildren, Sidney, Jack, Abby, Sara, Kylie, Kate, Sophie, Emma, Hope of Taylor, AJ, Max, Alli, Ellie, Anna, Michael, Cooper, Nick, Rylee, Jilly and Rowan; and her sisters, Barbara Holzapfel and Regina Higgins.
