She is survived by: her husband Johnny Mullins; her children, Johnny Mullins II (Karen Ames) and Rachel Davis (James); her grandchildren, Austin Trinkle (Brittoni Stone), Corbin Davis, McKenzie Davis and Madison Davis; and her siblings, Gladys Howard, Shelby Stacy, Thurman Stacy, Earl C. Stacy, Clifford Stacy and Lesa Vallo.
