We are sad to announce that, on August 15, 2023, at the age of 67, Sharon Smith of Uniondale, Indiana, born in Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, David D. Eckelbarger and Sarah Larita Eckelbarger (Kincaid). She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" J. Smith; her children, Carmen Looney (Mike) of Uniondale, Lilly Ellenberger (Corbin) of Uniondale, Brandy Smith of Ossian, Dawn Smith of Bluffton and Timothy Kinsey of Piqua, OH; and her siblings, David Eckelbarger of Bluffton, Ron Eckelbarger of Montpelier, Dan Eckelbarger (Karen) of Craigville, Sam Eckelbarger (Lisa) of Louisville, Tim Eckelbarger of Bluffton, Diana Uptgraft (Ron) of Decatur, Debra Streater (Jim) of Carmel and Beth Fiebig (Kevin) of Angola. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
