She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil J. Urick and Erma M. Urick (Miller); and her sister Karen Lassen. She is survived by: her husband Dennis of Uniondale; her children, Michelle Pearl (John) of DuQuoin, IL. and Michael Meredith (Julie) of Bluffton; her grandchildren, Riley Meredith, Bailey Pearl, Emmerson Meredith, Kale Meredith, Shelby Pearl and Marlee Meredith; and her sisters, Eileen Conley of Fort Wayne and Irene Strack (Greg) of Fort Wayne.
