He was predeceased by: his parents, Sammy C. Cone Sr. and Lucy A. Tudor Sundheimer (Hall); his wife Barbara Sue Taylor; his daughter Stephanie Cone; and his grandson Benny C. Cone.
He is survived by: his children, Keith A. Cone of Wabash, Indiana, Misty Campbell (Jeremy) of Urbana and Samantha Cone (Stan Tharp) of Disko, Indiana; and his siblings, William W. Tudor of Urbana, Indiana and Kelly Luzadder (Tim) of Flora, Indiana.. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren.
