He is survived by: his siblings, Oris Glen Johnson, Jr. of Chesterfield, Missouri and Mary Janette Fleetwood (Eugene) of Seymour. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given to Vallonia Christian Church or Schneck Medical Center Hospice.
