He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Barnett and Tina Miller Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Rachelle Leigh Gillaspy Barnett; his sons, Dylan Scott Barnett (Shelby) and Drew Allan Barnett (Mary Kate); his grandchildren, Raylee, Jaxton, Olivia, Bryer, Everest, Millie and Lakelee Barnett; and his siblings, Steve Barnett (Teresa), Greg Barnett (Melanie), Randy Barnett (Lisa), BJ Barnett (Julia), Tony Scifres, Steve Scifres (Betty) and Stephanie Scifres.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral Home (2005 S Main St, Vallonia, IN 47281). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be given to Driftwood Township Volunteer Fire Department or Jackson County Animal Rescue.
