She is survived by: her parents, Dennis Oakes (Jennifer) and Jennifer Mutka (Keith); her siblings, Ryan (Madison Oakes), Sydney Schmid (Tyler), Savanah Meland (Mark), Nate (Noah Fortener) and Taylor (Katie Mutka); her niece Dalilah; her nephew Grayson; her grandparents, Kathy Plys (Mike) and David Bergman (Corrine); and her great-grandparent Jane Irwin Stachulak. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
