She was predeceased by: her parents, George Michael Boukis and Katherine Boukis (Panagiotis); her husband Nick Zaharias; her daughter-in-law Sue Zaharias; and her sister-in-law Sandy Boukis.

She is survived by: her children, John Zaharias (Janet) of Valparaiso, Katherine Zaharias-Ellis (Scott Ellis) of San Bruno, CA and George Zaharias of Valparaiso; and her brother Michael Boukis. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the St. Iakovos Greek Orthodox Church Building Fund (https://www.saintiakovos.org).
