With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arthur Edmond Kunow of Valparaiso, Indiana, born in Hammond, Indiana, who passed away on February 25, 2024 at the age of 83. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Arthur Edmond Kunow to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur E. Kunow and Evelyn Kunow (Grunewald); and his sisters, Loraine, Arlene and Ruth.

He is survived by : his wife Professor Barbara E. Kienbaum; his sons, Douglas and Jason Kunow; his grandson Troy; and his sister Deborah Juergens (Bob).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to VNA Hospice of NWI and Gabriel's Home of Valparaiso, both of which are dedicated to caring for the humanity of patients receiving palliative and end-of-life care.
