She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Koch and Betty Koch; Beverly and David Koch. She is survived by: her husband David L. Hurley; her children, Diane Mattingly (Mark), David E. Hurley (Arlyn) and Wendy Trial (Tony); her sister Kathy Lauer (Bob); and her sister-in-law Sharlene Koch. She is also survived by grandmother and great-grandmother.
