She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Theodore Jerzyk and Cecelia Jerzyk (Plawecki); her sisters, Kathy Chocholek (Cas) and Maryann Livingston (Randy); and her nieces and nephews, Brian, Jennifer, Katie, Jessica, Nicholas, Bryce and Leah Douglass.
