We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2023, at the age of 93, Bernadine Babcock of Valparaiso, Indiana, born in Hammond, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William O. Funston, and Margaret L. Funston, Sr. (O'Connor); her husband Robert L. Babcock, Sr.; and her brother William O. Funston, Jr.. She is survived by : her children, Robert L. Babcock, Jr. (Geralyn), Carrie Schmitt (William) and Lori Meyne (David); her grandchildren, Jaclyn, Bobby, Brian, Larry, Elizabeth, Steven, Kimberly, Ryan, David Jr., Kyle and Kevin; and her niece Kate Kratkoczki. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
