She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Godfrey and Shirley Godfrey; her brother Jimmy Godfrey; and her grandson Jacob McKay. She is survived by: her husband James Buchanan; her daughters, Tami Pelke (Bob) and Theresa Novreske; her grandchildren, Kayla, Katiebug, David, Hailey, Maddie and Myley; her great grandchildren, Cammie, Weslyn, Colton, Gage and Alex; her niece Shannin; and her nephews, Kristopher and Josh.

Bonnie also had a very special heart for animals and faithfully supported her favorite charity, Guiding Eyes for the Blind.
