He is survived by: his parents, Tony Napiwocki and Lisa Napiwocki (Martin); his brother Matt Napiwocki; his aunts and uncles, Robert Martin (Michele), Deanne Koonce (John), Judy Felker (Frank), Christy Lampa (Jim), Tracy Anderson (Scott), Shane and Blake; his caregiver Becky; and his cousin Dax Lampa. He is also survived by many loving great aunts and uncles, cousins, friends.
