He is survived by: his sisters, Catherine Fulton (Tim), Wanda Mathis (Tom) and Angela Monahan (Frankie); and his siblings' children, Tommy Mathis (Kayla), Ryan Vance (Rachel), Brittany Mathis, Chrissy Mathis, Timothy Fulton, Haley Yanez (Kerigan Wise), Victoria Monahan (Noah Finch) and Noah Monahan (Hailey Mathas). He is also survived by 11 great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are preferred to Heart to Heart Hospice, 402 Wall Street, Valparaiso, IN 46383.
