It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol E. Gouwens of Valparaiso, Indiana, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on December 13, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry J. Gouwens and Hazel Gouwens (Hill); her cousin Patricia Ellis; and her friends, Arlene Walsh and Katherine Jayme.
She is survived by : her cousins, Curt Ellis and Doug Dick.
