It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Turner of Valparaiso, Indiana, who passed away on December 8, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
