She was predeceased by: her brothers, Marvin Riggs and Milton "Charlie" Riggs; and her parents, Nelson Riggs and Caroline Riggs (Bergner). She is survived by: her son Ryan Cogdill (Beth Sowa); her grandchildren, Sydney Watts-Cogdill and Emmalin Cogdill; and her siblings, Kay Kapcak, Sandy Clark, Melvin Riggs and Roger Riggs. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
